There are few things I would change. The homepage is content heavy. I would cut down some of the banners and instead design links with smaller banner pics. Secondly the larger words are overpowering the smaller content. I would take the larger words and put the smaller words underneath. I would align the banners in a more uniform matter. I would take the schedule and place it at the top. I would keep the banner boxes and the red on black.

I agree about the large amount of content. It waters down the importance of all the info. You are right on the color choices and font sizes. Just too busy for my taste. I wonder if they did any user testing.. Good analysis. Alison
